The faculty that has taught family law trial advocacy for over 20 years in Houston continues to teach trial ad with a time-tested format. Based upon the successful NITA model of trial advocacy, our faculty continues this tradition of teaching excellence with an intensive family law focus. Using the latest technology within small group and individualized settings, you will:

  • Learn to develop a family law case from start to finish.
  • Learn strategies for direct and cross examination of psychological and financial experts.
  • Understand the use of psychological testing and its role in your custody case.
  • Learn to utilize expert witnesses and trial consultants to their fullest capabilities.
  • Understand business valuation litigation techniques. Acquire CLE Credit while expanding your legal experience.
  • Network with top professionals in your field.

In addition to the small group and individualized instruction, experienced family law litigants from across the country provide live demonstrations of techniques through lecture and role playing. Included among the special presentations are business valuation, evidence, use of psychological tests, and effective trial strategy.

Join family law litigators Steve Kolodny, Roger Dodd, Lynne Gold-Bikin, Ken Lester, published experts Jay Fishman and Jonathan Gould, and other experienced family law attorneys, judges, financial and psychological experts from across the country for eight days of intensive, specialized training culminating in an actual trial.

"After eight days in our Boot Camp, you will leave with the equivalent of six years of trial experience." - Steve Kolodny.
